Savory Lamb and Vegetable Curry with Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lamb strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons curry paste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed herbs and spices (such as cumin, coriander, paprika)
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger powder. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Add lamb strips and brown them on all sides.
- Stir in carrots, tomatoes, and frozen vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add curry paste, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs/spices. Mix well.
- Pour in milk and water. Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the pot and let the curry simmer for 20-25 minutes until the lamb is tender and the flavors are well blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve the savory lamb and vegetable curry over cooked rice.
