- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb shrimp (tails removed)
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley) for garnish
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a little kick
Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
