Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 fresh jalapenos, diced (adjust for your spice preference)
- 4-6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or chives, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps on a flat surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Once all the tortillas are rolled up, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, remove from the fridge and slice each roll into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
