- Boil the Potatoes: Start by boiling the potatoes until tender. Once cooked, peel and chop them into small cubes.
- Prepare the Tempering: In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the rai (mustard seeds) and jeera (cumin seeds) and let them splutter.
