Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a spicy seasoning blend.
