- 100g pasta (your choice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 50g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (adjust according to spice preference)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar (to balance acidity)
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook until it starts to break down, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, followed by the milk, and stir well to combine.

- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded mozzarella cheese, allowing it to melt slightly into the pasta.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
