Tangy Slaw Sauce

Ingredients:
- 10 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups French dressing
- 1 and 1/2 cups dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 6 chipotle peppers
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, dill pickles, and minced onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the French dressing, white wine vinegar (both the 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons), sugar, liquid smoke, cayenne, and chipotle peppers (you can adjust the number of peppers depending on your desired level of spiciness).
- Pour the sauce over the shredded cabbage mixture and toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
