Turkey and Vegetable StirFry

This simple stir-fry recipe is packed with flavor, protein, and veggies. It can easily be customized with your favorite ingredients and seasonings.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the minced ginger to the skillet and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Add the sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the vegetables and turkey.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
