This po' boy takes the classic sandwich to a whole new level, combining crispy shrimp with a delectable garlic aioli and a spicy kick that will dance on your taste buds!
Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying

For the Garlic Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste

For the Spicy Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:
- 4 po' boy or sub rolls
- Lettuce (like iceberg or romaine)
- Sliced tomatoes
- Pickles (for a touch of sour and bitterness)
Instructions:

Prepare the Garlic Aioli:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce:
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning and spiciness to your liking. Set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp:
- Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Fry the Shrimp:
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove shrimp from buttermilk; let excess liquid drip off. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Po' Boy:
- Slice the po' boy rolls lengthwise (but not all the way through).
- Spread garlic aioli on the inside of the rolls.
- Layer in lettuce, tomatoes, and fried shrimp.
