Ingredients:
- 1 Banquet Chicken Patty (fried according to package instructions)
- 2 slices of white bread
- Shredded cheddar cheese, Colby Jack, and mozzarella (use a mix or your favorite cheese)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Optional: mustard, mayonnaise, or any other condiments of your choice
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Toast the slices of white bread until golden brown.
- Place the fried Banquet Chicken Patty on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the shredded cheddar, Colby Jack, and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken patty.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
