Air Fried Crispy Tofu Skewers

Ingredients:
- 1 block of silken tofu (14 oz), drained and cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper together. Toss the tofu cubes into the cornstarch mixture to coat it well.
- Thread the coated tofu cubes onto skewers.
- Spray the Air Fryer basket with olive oil spray and place the tofu skewers into the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turn the skewers every 3 minutes to ensure equal cooking on all sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
These crispy tofu skewers are a perfect appetizer or side dish.
