- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the sweet potato under running water and pat it dry.
- Pierce the sweet potato with a fork several times to allow steam to escape while baking.
- Rub the sweet potato with melted coconut oil and sprinkle it with a pinch of sea salt.
- Place the sweet potato on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
