- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground hamburger, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix until just combined; do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the meatloaf with additional BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
