Beef StirFry with Rice Noodles

Ingredients:
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 30ml soy sauce
- 15ml fish sauce
- 225g rice noodles
- 1 mixed Asian vegetable pack
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15ml vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce and fish sauce. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the mixed Asian vegetables and stir-fry until they are cooked but still crunchy.
- Toss in the cooked rice noodles and mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
