Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra cheese, and jalapeños for a kick
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with green onions and jalapeños if desired.
