- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pork scratchings (crumbled into coarse crumbs)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender but still firm, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
