This delicious and magical dish brings together tender chicken and fresh broccoli in a creamy, cheesy Alfredo sauce. With a little bit of Hogwarts magic, this recipe is perfect for students who want to refuel after a long day of casting spells and studying in the common room. Served over spaghetti noodles cooked to perfection by our house elf, Dobby, this dish is a must-try for any Hogwarts student.
Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink on the inside, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add broccoli florets and cook until tender, but still crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook and thicken for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until it has melted and is well combined.
Add chicken and broccoli back into the pan and stir until everything is coated in the Alfredo sauce.
In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti noodles in salted water until al dente.
Serve the Cheesy Chicken Magic - Hogwarts' Style Alfredo over a bed of the cooked spaghetti noodles.
The rich and magical blend of the Alfredo sauce's creamy, cheesy flavors mixes perfectly with the chicken and broccoli's earthy tones. The spaghetti noodles, cooked to perfection by our lovable house elf, Dobby, add a deliciously filling and authentic touch that Hogwarts students will appreciate.
This recipe serves 4-6 Hogwarts students.

Compatible with a diabetic-friendly diet, this dish has a low glycemic index making it an ideal option for Hogwarts students who need to keep their blood sugar levels under control. Nonetheless, some moderation must be exercised as its high-fat content, especially when served with spaghetti noodles, can pose a threat to one's health. If the situation calls for it, one has the option of reducing the amount of butter and heavy cream used in the recipe.
