Cherry Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the saucepan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they start to soften and release their juices.
- Using the back of a spoon, gently press down on the tomatoes to help release more of their juices.
- Stir in the chopped fresh basil leaves and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool slightly before serving.
- Spoon the delicious cherry tomato basil sauce over your Turbot or any other desired dish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of fresh flavors.
