Crab Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 8 large mushrooms
- 100g cream cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 50g chopped crab sticks
- 50g chopped smoked bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped crab sticks, chopped smoked bacon, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom generously with the creamy crab and bacon mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the skillet, stuffed side up.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
