Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, add the broccoli florets to a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook until they are tender and vibrant green.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic for a minute or until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and add the sour cream to the garlic. Stir well to combine and let the mixture cook gently for 2-3 minutes. Do not allow the sauce to boil.
