Creamy Cajun Seafood Pasta with Gouda

Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and/or crab meat)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
- 1/2 cup Gouda cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, season the mixed seafood with Cajun seasoning, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
