Creamy Shrimp and Broccoli Alfredo with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 350g broccoli florets
- 240ml heavy cream
- 120g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 30g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sauté until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked shrimp and bacon back to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the creamy shrimp and broccoli Alfredo hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
