Ingredients:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese (grated, any type you like)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chicken masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and chicken masala, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring well to prevent lumps. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the grated cheese and mix until melted and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
