Crispy Lemon Pepper Fish with Garlic Seasoned Fries

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

For the fish:

1. Pat the fish dry with paper towels and season with salt and lemon pepper seasoning.
2. Place the flour in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
3. In a third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
