Crunchy Salami Lettuce Wraps

Backstory: This recipe was inspired by my grandkids' love for finger foods and crispy textures. It's a delightful combination of crispy salami, crunchy lettuce, and a creamy yogurt dip. The kids will have so much fun assembling their own wraps!

Ingredients:

• 8 slices of salami
• 8 lettuce leaves (such as iceberg or romaine)
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• Salt and pepper to taste
• French fries (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven according to the french fries package instructions, if using.
2. Place the salami slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in the preheated oven until they turn crispy, about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
3. While the salami is baking, prepare the lettuce leaves by washing them thoroughly and patting them dry.
