Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup ripe mango puree
- 1/4 cup passion fruit puree
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Fresh tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit) for garnish
- Edible flowers for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and mango puree over a low flame until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat.
