Easy Classic Chocolate Chip Banana Bread 4 Loaves

Ingredients
- 12 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/3 cups melted butter
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips (semisweet or dark, your choice!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly into four greased 4x8 inch loaf pans.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
