- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for richness)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for sautéing)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions

- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set them aside.
