Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk (any type of milk you prefer)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, sugar (if using), and salt until well combined.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the vegetable oil and milk.
- Stir the mixture until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix, as it can lead to tough biscuits.
- Sprinkle a bit of oat flour on a clean countertop or work surface, and turn the dough out onto it.
- Gently knead the dough a few times until it comes together and is relatively smooth.
- Pat the dough into a circle or rectangle, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits from the dough. Gather and reshape the dough scraps as needed.
- Place the biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite toppings or spreads.

Enjoy these biscuits as a side for breakfast, brunch, or as a tasty snack. They're great served with butter, jam, honey, or your favorite spreads. Enjoy the wholesome goodness of these Oat Flour Biscuits!
