This sandwich is perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. The grilled chicken pairs perfectly with the charred and tender veggies, and the whole-grain bread adds a nice nutty flavor to the sandwich. The avocado slices provide a creamy and healthy alternative to mayo, and the absence of sweetener keeps this sandwich on the savory side.
