Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions:
-
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
-
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
-
Grease a ramekin or a small oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer with a little oil.
-
Pour the batter into the greased ramekin.
-
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
-
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and bake the cake for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
-
Once done, carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer and let the cake cool for a few minutes.
-
You can dust the cake with powdered sugar or top it with fresh berries or a dollop of dairy-free whipped cream for an extra touch.
