MilitaryReady Chocolate Oat Nutritional Bar

Ingredients:
- 300 g rolled oats
- 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 90 g cocoa butter (melted)
- 100 g sunflower seed butter
- 100 g dried fruits (raisins and apricots)
- 60 g whey protein powder (unflavored or chocolate-flavored)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 50 g chia seeds
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, whey protein powder, and chia seeds (if using). Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, gently melt the cocoa butter until liquid.
- Add the melted cocoa butter, sunflower seed butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the dry mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- If adding dried fruit (like raisins and apricots), chop them into smaller pieces and fold them in.
- Line a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
- Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours until set.
- Once set, remove from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
