Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: crushed Ritz crackers, crispy bacon bits
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a deep baking dish.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
