Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta (linguine or fettuccine work well)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in the Parmesan cheese gradually, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss gently to combine with the pasta and sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is just undercooked (still slightly firm). Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
