Owen's Kombucha Scoby Leather Chips

Kombucha SCOBYs are versatile and can be used in many ways beyond brewing. These leather chips are a great way to use up excess SCOBYs, while also creating a delicious snack that's both flavorful and nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Kombucha SCOBYs
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional seasoning: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°F.
- Cut SCOBYs into chip-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss SCOBYs with 1 tsp. olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange SCOBYs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2-3 hours, or until SCOBYs are dry and crispy.
- Optional: sprinkle on seasoning of your choice while still warm.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack.
