PanFried Cinnamon Sugar Bread

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of day-old bread
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for dusting)
- Maple syrup or honey for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tsp cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
