Scorpion Pepper Tater Tot Hot Dish

An elevated twist on a Minnesota classic with a fiery kick
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scorpion peppers, seeds and stems removed, finely chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped scorpion peppers, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
