Sometimes, less really is more! This delightful little cake is perfect for birthday parties, bringing smiles all around while also being mindful of allergies. Easy, delicious, and oh-so-satisfying!

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar (or adjust to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or 2 tablespoons egg replacer mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
• 2 tablespoons milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Optional: Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a ramekin with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or egg replacer), milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
5. If you'd like, fold in some mini chocolate chips for a delightful surprise!
6. Transfer the batter into your prepared ramekin, filling it about halfway.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
