Spicy Potato and Onion Fritters

Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the spices.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Take small portions of the potato mixture and shape them into small fritters or patties.
- Carefully place the fritters into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
- Repeat the process with the remaining potato mixture.
