- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into strips

- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced (or 1 teaspoon ginger powder)
- 1 sachet of tomato puree (around 3-4 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (if not using fresh ginger)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to your spiciness preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté until it begins to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger (or garlic powder and ginger powder) and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
