Spicy Teriyaki Chicken StirFry with Green Beans Mushrooms and Noodles

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 200g green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (such as shiitake or button mushrooms)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Noodles of your choice (soba, udon, or egg noodles)
- 1-2 red chilies, sliced (adjust according to spice preference)
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies, stirring for a minute.
- Add sliced chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
- Toss in the green beans, mushrooms, and continue cooking until they are tender.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the spicy teriyaki chicken and vegetables over the cooked noodles.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for extra flavor and a pop of color.
