StirFried Sesame Shrimp with Bok Choy and Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 heads of bok choy, chopped
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the wok and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the remaining sesame oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chopped bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until it starts to wilt.
- Toss the cooked shrimp back into the wok with the bok choy.
- Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the wok and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir everything together to combine well.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown and sprinkle them over the stir-fry.
- Give everything a final toss to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
