Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds) - optional
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - optional
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, and cinnamon. If desired, mix in the chopped nuts and shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
