- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed knäckebröd (for topping)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
