Vegan Miyokos Liquid Mozz and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of Miyoko's liquid mozz cheese
- 1 jar of roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
