- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon soaked sabja (basil) seeds
- A handful of chopped nuts or seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, mashed banana, diced apple, water, maple syrup or honey (if using), cinnamon, and soaked sabja seeds.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
- Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld.
- In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If it's too thick, you can add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with chopped nuts or seeds for added crunch and nutrients before serving.
- Enjoy your Overnight Banana Apple Oats with Sabja Seeds as a delicious and nutritious breakfast that will support your weight loss goals while providing a satisfying texture and added health benefits from the sabja seeds.
