Ingredients:
- 1/3 of a ripe banana, mashed (approximately 40 grams)
- 12 grams chia seeds
- 20 grams rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
- 15 grams sliced almonds or chopped walnuts (for crunch)
- 100 grams Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, chia seeds, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon (if using). Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
