Cooking Instructions
- Begin by preparing the spicy tofu. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the taco seasoning and olive oil to make a marinade. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade until well coated. Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
