1 Cauliflower Potato Mash with Ground Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or another cooking oil you prefer)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower and potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drain the cauliflower and potatoes, then return to the pot. Mash together until creamy. You can add a splash of the cooking water if needed for extra creaminess.
- Season the mash with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the mash topped with the seasoned ground pork and garnish with fresh parsley.
