Ingredients:
- 30g oat flour
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons apple puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
- 30ml plant-based milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the apple puree, maple syrup, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave, so keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking.
